We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist with a performer number to join this warm and passionate team at our client's well-established Leicestershire dental care clinic based in Oakham, Rutland.

Our client provides patient‑centred services in a beautiful Georgian Townhouse in the heart of Oakham and has a commutable distance from Leicester, Peterborough, Kettering & Corby. They are committed to providing top‑quality dental care to patients and take great pride in their prominent high street location. Their list is predominantly private, but they also have a small NHS contract and are seeing growing demand for cosmetic dentistry.

The practice is equipped with the latest equipment, including Itero 5D scanners, CBCT, rotary endo, digital radiographs, and cloud‑based software and they have a newly refurbished room with ample private potential. They also offer a study club, specialist services, mentoring, and socials to help you develop and progress in your role.

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental care to patients professionally and courteously and your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing dental care to patients in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing comprehensive oral health services including examinations, treatment planning, patient education, referrals, and a follow‑up visit

To be successful for the role of Associate Dentist, you must be/have:

• GDC Registration (required)
• Experience in clear aligner systems and/or fixed orthodontics
• Composite bonding and other cosmetic dental procedures experience
• Ortho experience is an advantage
• Passionate, ethical, hardworking, and committed
• Ability to commute to Oakham

For the role of Associate Dentist, there are full‑time and part‑time hours available working Monday to Friday 16 to 43 hours per week and you will receive an excellent salary of circa £80,000 to £150,000 per annum depending on experience plus:
