Associate Dentist

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dentist to join our established dental practice in Leicester. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality general dentistry services while maintaining excellent patient care and contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.

• Provide a full range of general dental treatments to patients
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with GDC standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, and support staff
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Support practice growth through excellent patient care and retention

• Fully qualified Dentist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism
• Experience working in a busy NHS or private dental practice
• Confidence in treatment planning and case acceptance
• Interest in ongoing professional development
