We’re working with a family-owned business, with a strong focus on residential development schemes, alongside selected commercial projects. They are looking for a technically focused Architect, Architectural Designer or Architectural Technologist to join their team and take ownership of delivering projects to the highest standard.

This is a hands‑on technical role, suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, detail, and producing high‑quality drawing packages. You will be responsible for delivering projects from design through to completion.

• Producing full drawing packs for residential and commercial schemes
• Leading on building control submissions and technical compliance
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team

• Confident user of Revit
• Strong technical knowledge and detail‑focused approach
• Previous experience in residential development projects
• ARB qualified
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills

• Salary of up to £45,000
