Junior Architectural Technologist
Location:
Leicester
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 architectural practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the industrial, retail, education, and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Leicester studio.

- Assist on the delivery of a range of projects
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
- Produce technical drawings and specifications
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area
