Project Architect

The practice are actively seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their Residential team in the Leicester office.

• AJ100 listed practice, with offices based throughout the UK and internationally.
• Company wide the sectors worked in are varied, with this role focused on the Residential sector within the Leicester office
• BIM and Revit software is used throughout the company.
• Offer an excellent incentive based scheme which encourages continued motivation and support to employees.

• UK recognised qualifications
• Approximately 10 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
• Full proficiency in the use of Revit software.
• Experience of working in various sectors, but with Residential sector work being of most interest.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, alongside experience of planning application drawings and feasibility proposals.

Aside from an attractive salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum (dependant on experience), the practice hold incentive based reviews 3 times a year, with salary increments added depending on performance, along with various other benefits.
