THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will carry out both surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout the East Midlands.
Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality asbestos services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG
264 - Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling
- Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
- Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
- Managing your own workload across multiple client sites
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or in a dual-qualified role
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage your workload independently
