We are a rural dispensing training practice serving approximately 11,000 patients across two sites in the beautiful Somerset Polden Hills. Conveniently located with easy access to the M5 and within commuting distance of Bristol, Taunton and the surrounding areas, we are seeking a GP Partner to join our forward-thinking partnership team for 4-8 sessions per week. This role offers a genuine opportunity to contribute to the leadership, strategic direction and future development of the practice as part of a stable and supportive partnership structure.

• Established, supportive clinical team with experienced nursing, ANPs, GPAs and administrative colleagues
• Stable rural dispensing practice with a varied and rewarding patient population
• Modern ways of working, including Rapid Health and a fully digital same-day access model
• Opportunity to play an active role in practice leadership, decision-making and strategic development
• Ability to influence service development, innovation and the future direction of the practice
