Overview

Crown Hills Community College is seeking a Sports Coach to lead the Sports Academy in fencing, badminton and cricket and support the Physical Education Faculty.

Lead the Sports Academy vision and direction.

Deliver lessons within the curriculum and support extra‑curricular activities.

Run mentoring programmes, engage pupils, celebrate achievements.

Support PE lesson delivery, lead activities, accompany teams to fixtures and events.

Work with teachers and pupils across PE lessons and support school sport activities.

Professional manner, personal credibility and demonstrable coaching experience.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to school values, experience delivering excellence.

Experience in coaching sport, especially in fencing, bonus for other sports.
