Aspire People is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Primary Teacher to join our team for the upcoming term in January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator looking to make a positive impact in local primary schools across the Leicester area. The role requires availability for 5 days a week.

About the Role:

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students continue to make progress in line with the national curriculum. You will cover classes across different year groups, providing flexibility in teaching while maintaining a high standard of education. Full-time availability (5 days a week) is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.

* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

* Adhering to the school's policies and procedures.

* Working with a range of resources to ensure all students are engaged and supported.

* Building strong relationships with staff and students to ensure continuity of learning.

What We Are Looking For :

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience teaching primary-aged children (Key Stage 1 and
2).

* A passion for delivering high-quality education.

* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across different year groups.

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.

* DBS on the Update Service is essential.

* Must be available 5 days a week.
