What will you do?

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging, inclusive lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment rooted in the values and ethos of the Avanti Schools Trust.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and personal responsibility among all learners.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
