Cover Supervisor – Maternity Cover (fixed term, first instance).

Grade 7 (points 11-14), 32 hours per week (term time plus 1 week). Salary range dependant on experience and expertise (actual £19,859 – £20,834 pa; £26,830 to £28,146 pa FTE).

Bosworth Academy is part of the LiFE Multi‑Academy Trust. We need a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work at Bosworth Academy and potentially other schools in the trust.

• Provide cover for absent teaching staff across a broad range of subjects.
• Develop opportunities for extra‑curricular activities outside of lessons.
• Coaching of a sports team (preferred for those with a background in sport).

This role may suit a graduate or someone considering a future in teaching or working with children and young people. You will have a desire to ensure that our core value of “no student will underachieve” is fulfilled.
