SEMH Teacher

East of England/ permanent / £140 - 180 per day

Teacher Active is proud to partner with a fantastic SEND provision based in Mildenhall. The school follows a varied curriculum to suit the needs of the young people. Underpinning this, is the consistent teaching of people skills, and guidance to assist children develop their social, emotional, and personal abilities. Their culture is one of patience, inclusivity and helping children and young people with disabilities to achieve their full potential, whilst promoting independence.

• Work directly with students aged 11-19, most of whom are diagnosed with SEMH or Autism.
• Teach students 3 days a week immediately.

• QTS
• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASD, SLD, PMLD, ADD, ADHD.
• Experience supporting children through therapeutic practices.

• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with a quick and easy onboarding process.
• An exciting, innovative curriculum.
• Purposeful CPD opportunities.
