Compensation: £31,346 - £34,778 / year

• Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high‑quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
• Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• If a Baby Room Manager, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude.
• A solid decision‑maker with the ability to support and achieve our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).

• Competitive salary: £31,346 - £34,778 per annum
