Student Wellbeing & Behavior Coach

A UK secondary school is looking for an individual to support student wellbeing as part of the Pastoral Team. You will work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis to improve their attitude and confidence through evidence-based interventions. Strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience are key attributes. Duties include developing the school's Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy, planning wellbeing sessions, and liaising with families and external agencies.

The role offers training and support, making it suitable for both experienced candidates and those new to the field.
