Inclusive Learning Practitioner – Specialist SEND School (Havering)

Protocol Education is partnering with a specialist school in Havering seeking an Inclusive Learning Practitioner to support pupils with a range of complex needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD.

You’ll be part of a committed and supportive team, working closely with students who require tailored support to access learning and develop key life skills. Experience with in a school setting is welcome but not essential — a compassionate, proactive attitude and willingness to support with personal care are key.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Builds strong, positive relationships with children
  • Has a patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
  • Is confident supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team

Additional training such as Manual Handling, Hoist training, First Aid or Care qualifications would be beneficial, but not required.

The Role:
  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)
  • 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Long-term and permanent opportunities available
  • Based in Havering

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
