• Provide 1:1 support to pupils who may require additional assistance, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in their educational journey.
• Support small group work to facilitate collaborative learning and promote positive social interaction.
• Work closely with teachers to implement personalised learning plans, ensuring that each child's needs are met.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour, fostering an environment of respect, inclusivity, and positive engagement.
• Provide general classroom support, helping with daily activities, organisation, and ensuring a smooth‑running school day.

• Previous experience working with children, preferably within a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and an ability to adapt support to individual learning needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work 5 days a week and remain committed to the needs of the school community.
