Assistant Principal - Havering - September Start

A high-expectation, community-led primary academy in Havering is appointing an Assistant Principal for September. This Assistant Principal role suits leaders who want clear accountability, strong behaviour systems, and the chance to shape standards across a full primary phase.

As an Assistant Principal, you'll lead either KS1 or KS2 (depending on your specialism), drive teaching consistency, and coach colleagues to raise attainment. For the right candidate, this Assistant Principal post can also include whole-school English Lead responsibility across reading, writing, curriculum progression, and intervention strategy.

• Permanent role on Leadership Scale L1-L5 (£55,000-£65,000)
• KS1 or KS2 phase leadership with real whole‑school influence
• Bonus opportunity to hold English Lead
