We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join as an hourly paid Lecturer Accounting. As an hourly paid lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals
• Share your knowledge and real‑world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding
• Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of six colleagues who are committed to excellence in teaching and learning. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches to help every student thrive.

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

• Proven experience in delivering AAT Accounting and Finance units.
• Strong knowledge of AAT and T Level in Accounting/Finance.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
• A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one).

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
