Learning Support Assistant Details Contract : 1x Learning Support Assistant on a permanent contract
Location:
Based at Martin High School in Anstey, Leicestershire and part of the Lionheart Educational Trust
Hours:
32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.15am- 3.15 pm , 39 weeks per year (term-time plus one week including training days)

Martin High School is an 11 to 16 school in Anstey that is committed to high standards, raising attainment and demanding creative excellence from its staff and pupils. At Martin High School we are driven to ensure pupil success is at the core of all our work. We provide a vibrant and engaging curriculum which promotes the love of learning, and prepares young people for the next steps in their lives.
To provide support for an individual pupil with an Educational Health Care Plan.
To assist the teacher in the delivery of the agreed educational plan, upon which the postholder will be briefed.
Support learning activities, especially Literacy, Numeracy, Social Skills and emotional a fully integrated member of the school’s staff team and as such have responsibility for working to agreed school policies and aware of school and statutory frameworks that directly impact on their own work with pupils.
