Secondary Teachers

East Midlands / temporary / £375‑£525 per week (15 hours per week)

The successful Tutor will deliver approximately 15 hours of tuition per week, working with pupils on a 1:1 basis. Tuition may take place in a child's home, education centre or local library. Responsibilities include creating personalised learning plans, delivering Maths, English and Functional Skills sessions, and adapting teaching to support pupils working below expected standards across Primary and Secondary age groups.

• QTS or a minimum of 6 months' experience delivering 1:1 tuition
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND
• Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and personalised learning
• Knowledge of Pre-Key Stage assessment and measuring small‑step progress
• Experience teaching Maths, English or Functional Skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
