Staff Wellbeing Co-ordinator
WQE is a thriving and vibrant Sixth Form College located adjacent to the University of Leicester. We are looking to appoint a Staff Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join a small HR team to support and develop our wellbeing benefits and activities for staff.
The successful applicant will have experience of working within an HR environment and be able to work in a friendly and professional/confidential manner. Strong planning, organisational and communication skills are essential. Experience of working in a college or school context would be an advantage. The role supports staff across both the University Road and Regent Road campuses.
This is a permanent part-time, term-time post of 18½ hours per week, commencing 17 August 2026. The salary band is 11–14 (£28,634 to £31,324 per annum, pro rata). The starting salary will be £12,427 and may be negotiated based on experience.
