SEND Primary Teacher

We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEND teachers for primary schools in Leicestershire. Whether you are looking for flexibility or a long-term position, we have opportunities tailored to suit you.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
  • Support pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties
  • Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
  • Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Monitor and track progress to ensure every child achieves their potential
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within SEND or inclusive primary settings
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
