Castle Mead Academy seeks a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to support scholars as part of our Pastoral Care Team. The role focuses on safeguarding, upholding school ethos, and fostering a balanced environment for learning.

• Support scholars and uphold the ethos, expectations and standards of the academy.
• Work as part of our Pastoral Care Team to address pastoral needs.
• Willingness to learn from colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Commitment to child protection, including undergoing screening and DBS checks.
