This exciting maternity cover position is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to deliver engaging lessons and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The Role

As Teacher of Art & Design, you will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Encourage creativity through a range of artistic techniques, media and disciplines.
Plan and deliver imaginative lessons that challenge and motivate learners of all abilities.
Track, assess and support student progress through effective feedback and assessment.
Contribute to exhibitions, enrichment activities and wider departmental initiatives.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all students can flourish.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards achieving it.
Has a degree in Art & Design or a related subject.
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for creative education.
Has strong classroom management skills and high expectations of student achievement.
Is committed to inclusive teaching and ensuring every learner reaches their potential.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to the school community.
