Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a trusted partner primary school in Leicester for a committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join from September. You will inspire pupils through engaging lessons while creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating classroom where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Assess pupil progress and use data to inform future planning and interventions.
• Differentiated learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• A passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to teaching.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.

• Competitive daily pay of £140 – £170 per day, depending on experience.
