Dream Foundation is seeking a SEND & Inclusion Lead for Post 16 provision in Oxfordshire. This full-time role combines operational leadership, SEND leadership, pastoral oversight, and safeguarding (DSL responsibilities) to ensure compliant, learner-centred delivery across hubs and outreach teams.
You will oversee timetabling, staffing, and capacity, support EHCPs and support plans, promote inclusive teaching, and lead safeguarding across Post 16 provision.
