Aspire People is helping a welcoming primary school in Solihull recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join on a full-time basis from 1 September 2026.
The role supports pupils across the primary age range, assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour strategies, including those with additional learning or behavioural needs. Aspire People will provide ongoing support through a dedicated consultant and access to long-term opportunities.
