Reed Education is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEMH & Autism School in Esher, Surrey. The role is full-time term time only, long-term to permanent, paying £95-£105 PAYE per day with an ASAP start.
You will support students with SEMH, ASC and related needs within a therapeutic, supportive environment. Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers with personalised lessons aligned to EHCP outcomes, and helping students develop emotional regulation
