Aspire People is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support SEN and secondary students across Northamptonshire. Typical duties include 1:1 and small-group support, assisting teachers with lessons, and helping create inclusive learning environments.
Ideal candidates will have experience with young people, a patient and flexible approach, and strong communication skills. DBS check is required;
Level 2/3 TA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
