Clarence Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of ICT for a successful secondary school in Leicester. This opportunity is for the New Term 2026 and offers potential to become a permanent position. The role is to teach ICT across Key Stages 3 and GCSE, inspire students, and promote digital literacy, computing, and technology within a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons across KS3 and GCSE.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that support pupil progress and achievement.
• Develop students' digital literacy, problem‑solving, and technological skills.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing intervention where required.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and attainment.
• Contribute positively to departmental development and school improvement initiatives.
• Support extracurricular and enrichment activities where appropriate.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching ICT at KS3 and GCSE level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology and digital learning.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Required to hold an enhanced DBS check in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.
