The Role- Deliver engaging, creative and inspiring lessons that promote excellent pupil progress.
- Take full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment.
- Monitor and track pupil attainment, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Establish high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
