The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and innovative Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire students to develop their understanding of programming, coding and computational thinking.
Teach a broad range of computing topics, including Python programming and digital technologies.
Plan and deliver challenging lessons that cater for learners of all abilities.
Monitor, assess and support student progress to maximise achievement.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Promote excellent behaviour, engagement and academic standards.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the department and school community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary school setting.
Possesses strong subject knowledge, including programming and coding principles.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
Has a genuine passion for technology and digital education.
Can motivate, inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
Is committed to raising achievement and delivering high-quality teaching.
