Engage Education is partnering with a Reading primary school to recruit an experienced Assistant Head – Inclusion (SEND). This high-profile leadership role focuses on strengthening SEND provision and driving whole-school improvement during a crucial development phase.
The successful candidate will lead SEND and inclusion strategy, support the SENCo, and work closely with the Headteacher and Trust leaders to embed inclusive practice and raise pupil outcomes.
