About the role

In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of a high-quality curriculum and assessment service for a cluster of academic schools and programmes within the College’s Student Experience team. You will ensure that all processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with university regulations, providing academic colleagues, professional services, and students with a consistent and professional service across all taught programmes.

Reporting to the Curriculum and Assessment Manager and collaborating as appropriate with the Student Engagement Team Leader to ensure joined-up student support, you will lead a team of administrative staff, managing workload allocation, ensuring adherence to key deadlines, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

The role also contributes to the enhancement of college-wide processes, using data and feedback to identify service improvements and support the delivery of an excellent student experience.

There are multiple roles available, with posts available in College of Life Sciences and the College of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities. You will be able to indicate a College preference in your application.

About you

You must have demonstrable knowledge of student lifecycle administration and the underpinning business processes, with experience working in a similar or related role.

You will be committed to delivering high levels of customer service and student experience, with evidence of contributing to process or service improvements that have enhanced efficiency or student satisfaction.

You must have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage your own and others'' activities in a dynamic environment, managing competing demands and adapting as needed.
