Kibworth Mead Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to support the Key Stage Leader in achieving high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance. The post aims to strengthen student identity and promote positive wellbeing.
The role is 37 hours per week across 39 weeks, plus 5 professional learning days, with a Grade 6 point 15–18 (£28,813–£30,949). DBS and safeguarding provisions apply.
