Milk Education is seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in the Wirral. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally.

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with a range of needs
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support children with SEND, behavioural needs, or learning gaps
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Contribute to the academic and emotional well‑being of pupils
• Work collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs, and external professionals

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA within UK schools
• A strong understanding of supporting students with SEND or additional needs
• Confidence working with children across different age groups
• Good communication, patience, and adaptability
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
