SEN Teaching Assistant

We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Leicester and surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping children feel supported, confident, and able to engage with learning. Support may be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
, depending on the needs of the school.

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Helping children stay engaged and focused during the school day
• Providing reassurance, routine, and encouragement
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment

To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, or experience in a similar role such as:

• Teaching Assistant
• Learning Support Assistant
• Care / Support Worker
• Youth Worker
• Residential Support Worker

Pay: £96.63 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
