Monarch Education is recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in Oxfordshire. The role offers flexibility across daily supply, short-term and long-term placements, with a £100 sign-on bonus and UK-right-to-work requirements.
Candidates should hold a Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent) and have at least 12 months' experience in a UK education setting, with a strong safeguarding and behavioural management understanding.
