Are you a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children in their early development?

At GSL Education Leicester, we are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools and nurseries across Leicestershire.

The Role:

Support the class teacher within EYFS settings (Nursery, Preschool & Reception)
Deliver and assist with play-based learning and continuous provision
Support children’s early communication, literacy, and numeracy development
Provide targeted support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
✅ Experience working within EYFS settings
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✅ Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
