Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Leicester secondary school.
You will work with KS3–KS4 pupils, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, providing 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers, and helping maintain a calm, positive classroom environment while contributing to pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
