About the Role

Teacher Active is currently recruiting Primary School Teachers for flexible supply positions across Leicester and neighbouring areas. Opportunities include day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements in multiple primary schools.

• Deliver engaging lessons across the Primary Curriculum
• Follow lesson plans and adapt activities as required
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils with diverse abilities and learning needs
• Assess pupils’ understanding and provide constructive feedback
• Adhere to each school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders
• Ensure a consistent and positive learning experience for all pupils

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexible supply work across multiple schools in Leicester and surrounding areas
• A variety of day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term roles
