• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
• Providing 1:1 and small group support, including for children with SEN or additional learning needs
• Encouraging pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Preparing classroom activities and learning resources
• Monitoring student progress and providing valuable feedback to teachers
• Supporting daily classroom routines, break times, and school activities
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Passionate about supporting children and education
• Calm, patient, and resilient
• Positive team players with excellent communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable within different school settings
• Committed to making a meaningful impact in the classroom

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Teaching Assistant qualification Level 2/3 is beneficial but not required
