Leadership Programme Co-ordinatorto design and deliver a high-quality leadership development programme across Children's and Adult Social Care. This is a unique opportunity to influence how leaders grow,develop and thrive, helping to create a confident,inclusive and resilient workforce that delivers the best possible outcomes for children, adults,families and communities.

As our Leadership Programme Co-ordinator,you'lltake the lead in creating,implementing and evaluating innovative leadership development pathways for current and aspiring leaders.

You'llwork closely with senior leaders, managers, practitioners, organisational developmentcolleaguesand external partners to ensure our leadership offer is engaging, relevant and impactful. You'llalsochampion

Equality,Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) across all aspects of leadership development, helping to embed inclusive leadership behaviours and support organisational culture change.

• Designing and developing leadership programmes for leaders across Children's and Adult Social Care.
• Identifying leadership development needs and future workforce requirements.
• Creating and supporting the delivery of workshops, learning events,coaching and mentoring opportunities.
• Developing meaningful evaluation frameworks to measure impact and continuous improvement.
• Embedding Equality,Diversity and Inclusion throughout leadership development activities.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to co-design learning that meets service needs.
• Building strong relationships with leaders, practitioners, partneragenciesand external providers.
• Representing Leicester City Council within regional leadership development networks and forums.

We'relooking for an experienced and motivated professional who can combine social careexpertisewith a passion for learning,development and leadership.

• Significant experience within Children's or Adult Social Care and/or Early Help services.
• Experience of training, coaching,mentoring and developing practitioners and leaders.
• Experience of leading people and managing performance.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, statutory social careframeworksand adult learning principles.
• Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and creating inclusive learning environments.
• Excellent communication,presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Influence leadership development across Children's and Adult Social Care.
• Drive workforce improvement and organisational culture change.
• Champion inclusive leadership and equality of opportunity.
• Work alongside passionate professionals committed to improving lives.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, reflection,innovation and continuous improvement.

• Enhanced DBS check with children's and adults' barred list checks required.
• Occasional evening and weekend working may berequiredto meet service needs.
• Travel across Leicester and occasionally further afield may be required.
