AboutThe Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic health/social care professional with a passion for palliative care to join our dynamic team in the department of Education, Research and Practice Development at Strathcarron Hospice.
As part of our small ambitious team, you will have a key role in developing and delivering programmes of learning and practice development internally and externally and growing knowledge and skills in contemporary palliative care. You will also have an important role in developing links across our catchment and beyond, to optimise external opportunities and partnerships to support the implementation of the Scottish Palliative Care Strategy.
AboutYou
You will have a strong portfolio of professional practice including palliative care, be educated to Masters level, have (or working towards) a teaching/learning qualification and a track record of research and practice development. You will be able to demonstrate creative and innovative leadership in a health or social care context.
The post is subject to a check by the Protecting Vulnerable Group Scheme.
