Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We’re looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Chester.

  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Make an Impact:
  Help Key-Stage 2 students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior overcome barriers to learning.
• Supportive Environment:
  Join a team dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive school experience.
• Professional Growth:
  Develop your skills in behavior management and SEN education.

• Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis.
• Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalized plans.

• Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
