Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Training Admin Coordinator to join our team in Long Whatton. The Training Admin Coordinator will be crucial in planning, implementing, and overseeing training programs within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks, and have a passion for employee development.
What you’ll be doing as Training Admin Coordinator:- Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery of sessions across the Harlow sites.
- Develop and implement training programs to address organisational needs.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and resources in line with legislation/policy changes.
- Utilise various instructional design techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
- Arrange training venues, equipment, and logistics and Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and guest speakers.
- Communicate training details to participants and manage attendance records.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and to help analyse training data and reports to make continuous improvements.
- Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance program quality.
- Oversee the e-learning platforms and virtual training solutions.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and are aligned with organisational goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations across multiple platforms
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs.
- Liaise with apprentices and apprenticeship providers to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Good Attention to detail
- Organisational skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Adaptability - flexibility and problem solving
- CIPD Level 3 in L&D or relevant experience ideal but not essential
