You will play a vital role in delivering engaging and imaginative lessons that challenge students to think creatively, develop new skills and achieve their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Deliver creative and engaging Art & Design lessons that inspire students to explore their imagination and develop their artistic abilities
Foster a passion for the arts by encouraging innovation, self-expression and confidence in creative work
Monitor, assess and support student progress, helping learners achieve their full potential
Guide students through coursework and examination requirements, providing encouragement and expert subject knowledge
Play an active role in showcasing student achievements through exhibitions, displays and creative projects
Contribute to the continued success and development of a thriving Art & Design department
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where creativity can flourish and every student feels valued
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exciting curriculum that promotes engagement, achievement and artistic excellence
