This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, ECTs, semi-retired teachers, or education professionals seeking a flexible teaching role without the additional responsibilities of planning and marking in some assignments. This can be across KS1 to KS4.

As a Part-Time Cover Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive classroom environment and promoting high standards of behaviour and achievement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging pupil participation and engagement throughout lessons.
• Following school policies and procedures.
• Providing feedback on pupil progress and lesson outcomes where required.
• Supporting students to achieve their learning objectives.
• Adapting quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching within UK schools.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
• Is adaptable, organised, and confident teaching different year groups.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people s development.
