Examinations Officer at South Wolds Academy and Sixth Form, a permanent post running internal and external examinations across the academy. The role covers planning, administering and delivering the whole examination process securely and accurately, in line with JCQ regulations and awarding body rules. It works alongside the Data Manager, senior leaders, teaching staff and invigilators, with a service expected for students, staff and parents.
Applicants need an enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK.
- Overall responsibility for planning, administering and delivering the examination process across the academy
- Administering and managing all internal and external examinations
- Ensuring examinations comply with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements
- Managing examinations securely, accurately and efficiently
- Working with the Data Manager, senior leaders, teaching staff and invigilators
- Giving a high-quality service to students, staff and parents
- Full enhanced DBS check
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Safeguarding checks, which may include online searches
