• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across Key Stage 1 (Reception to Year 2, depending on experience and school requirements).
• Follow school planning and ensure continuity of learning in the class teacher's absence.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupil participation.
• Adapt to different school environments and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Work flexibly across Leicester schools, choosing assignments that fit around your diary.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
